These are our steps to buying a property:


1st  You find the property you like. 


2nd  You fill out an application and pay the application fee. (Starting at $200)


3rd I review your application and determine what is the price you can afford according to the information you provide us. No Credit Checks!


4th You pay your down payment (if required) and sign contract. 


5th  You MOVE IN!


We have properties available each month! However, if we don't have what you are looking for we are able to finance another property you find for sale by another party.

HOW IT WORKS

1st You find the property you want.

2nd You fill out the application. ($400)

3rd We review your application and determine what is the amount you are approved for according to the information you provide us.
 
4th Once the application is approved, the next step is to inspect the property you are wanting to buy. ($800 inspection fee)

5th If property doesn't pass inspection the second home inspection is FREE. Once the property passes inspection, you pay your down payment. (10% minimum)

6th We submit your offer for the property you want. 

7th You get your KEYS and MOVE IN to your HOME!
